Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required to start, but you won't be charged until day 15. Cancel anytime before then and you owe nothing.
Why do you require a credit card to start?
We require a card upfront so we can focus on customers who are serious about growing their reviews. It also means less friction at the end of your trial — your plan just continues automatically if you're happy.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter gives you the core review funnel — QR code, smart routing, and a private feedback inbox. Pro turns it into an active system: SMS requests go out automatically after jobs, AI suggests replies to unhappy customers, and your reviews embed on your website. Pro makes reviews happen. Starter lets them happen.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What does white-label mean on the Agency plan?
White-label means your clients see your agency's branding — not FiveStarFlow's. The review pages, social sharing graphics, and embed widgets all show your logo and colors. You can resell FiveStarFlow as your own product.
What happens if I go over my location limit?
We'll notify you and give you the option to upgrade. We won't cut off your service without warning.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not happy in the first 30 days, contact us and we'll make it right — including a full refund if needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice on request.
