FiveStarFlow provides a platform that allows businesses to collect customer feedback via QR codes and shareable links. Based on star ratings, customers are routed either to public review platforms (4–5 stars) or a private message to the business owner (1–3 stars).

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Collect reviews in a misleading or deceptive manner
• Manipulate or fabricate customer feedback
• Violate any applicable laws or platform review policies (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.)
• Harass, spam, or send unsolicited communications to customers
• Attempt to circumvent or interfere with the Service's functionality

5. Subscription and Billing

FiveStarFlow offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology within the Service are owned by FiveStarFlow. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the platform. By using the Service, you grant FiveStarFlow a limited license to store and process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Third-Party Platforms

FiveStarFlow links to third-party review platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, etc.). We are not responsible for the policies, availability, or content of those platforms. Use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FiveStarFlow does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will increase your review count or business performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiveStarFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or cancelling through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
