What do I need to get set up?
Just your Google Business Profile review link (plus Facebook/Yelp if you want). Paste it in, print your QR code, and you're live in under 2 minutes.
What happens when a customer leaves a bad rating?
Instead of being sent to a public review page, they're routed to a private message form. You receive their feedback directly so you can resolve it before it becomes a public 1-star review.
What's the threshold for routing — 4 stars or 5?
By default, 4 and 5 star ratings go to your public review pages. 1, 2, and 3 star ratings go to a private message. You can customize this from your dashboard.
Can I use this for multiple locations?
